Hamilton-Titan Partners launched a computerized work order system called 360 Facility to process Customer requests. The system is set up for a designated individual to visit the web site and place a desired work order. The work order is then dispatched to our maintenance and engineering teams. And, while we do enjoy those personal visits and phone calls, this is just another means to provide efficient service to you and your company. To better serve you we ask that you choose one individual to be the point of contact for your company.

The Management Office is located in Suite 270 in the West Tower and is open Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM; our telephone number is 303.321.5070. After-hours, our telephones are answered by our answering service that has all pertinent contact information as may be required. Our primary goal is to create an atmosphere that is conducive to the profitable operation of your business while providing an overall pleasant working environment for you and your employees.
